Hello! Greeting, I am Gaby Pardo, Owner of VirtualPro24 and an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
VirtualPro24 is a Transaction Coordination company which primary goal is to help Real Estate Agents to ensure that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from contract to close. Taking care of the most important things in the process: Communication, Documentation Management, Compliance & Timelines.
With my tenure in the industry dating back to 2019, my primary objective is to support fellow entrepreneurs in their business growth, enabling them to embrace continuous progress and freedom. This brings me immense satisfaction as it combines my passion for my work with the joy of witnessing others thrive. With fluency in both Spanish and English, I effectively bridge any language barriers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
Having experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, I understand the importance of having support and guidance to navigate the journey. It is crucial to have that network to avoid succumbing to obstacles and to have the necessary time to wholeheartedly dedicate oneself to pursuing their passions. When I am not assisting clients in their real estate endeavors, you can find me relishing precious moments with my newborn baby boy, husband, and cherished friends in the enchanting State of Oregon.
